Our client is an International Freight Forwarding and Logistics company. They are looking for an Assistant Sales Manager, Seafreight to be based in the Singapore office.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop new customers within the industry vertical and target customers.
  • Develop, build rapport and nurture long – term partnerships with the target existing accounts and continually expanding the account share.
  • Organize and participate in regular reviews with the accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and business retention.
  • Ensure personal and team sales targets and KPIs are met.
  • Provide rate quotes to customers and potential customers.

What they are looking for

  • Educated to Bachelor’s Degree in logistics or supply chain management with a minimum of 5 years of logistics / supply chain management, operation experience.
  • Proven track record of selling freight forwarding solutions.
  • Prior Seafreight forwarding (LCL and FCL) experience is required.
  • Prior experience Freight Forwarding and Logistics industry is a must.
  • Driven and self-motivated with good interpersonal and communication skills.
